Before founding iWarranty, Ruby spent fifteen years as a banking and finance lawyer at DLA Piper, Ropes & Gray International and Baker & McKenzie LLP, as well as in-house at DXP. She advised corporations and private equity funds across high yield debt offerings, syndicated credit facilities, mezzanine financings, M&A transactions and securities offerings. Ruby holds a PhD in Law and Macroeconomics (Magna Cum Laude), focusing on systemic risk and macro-prudential regulation. She is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales (2009) and as a Solicitor and Barrister in New South Wales, Australia.

Before co-founding iWarranty, Juan spent 17 years as a Partner at PwC, CMS and Norton Rose Fulbright in Sydney, where he built and led teams from the ground up to over 250 members. He served as Head of New Law and Digital Transformation at PwC, driving enterprise AI adoption and regulated technology rollouts across multiple jurisdictions. Juan is admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister in New South Wales, Australia, bringing rare depth as both a legal practitioner and a transformation leader who has operated at the highest levels of professional services. His relentless focus on customer outcomes has defined his career — from advising global enterprises on complex digital programmes to leading large-scale regulated change across borders.
